Ford New Cars Warranty
Ford of Canada is proud to offer a comprehensive Ford New Vehicle Limited Warranty on its full car and light truck Ford line up. This New Vehicle Limited Warranty provides coverage for those parts which are found to be defective in materials or workmanship made or supplied by Ford, in accordance with the terms and conditions in the vehicles Customer Information Guide (formerly the Owner Information Guide).

Should you experience a difficulty with your new Ford vehicle, don’t worry, every new Ford vehicle comes with a comprehensive warranty plan, including:
Basic Coverage
3 years/60,000 km (whichever occurs first)
Powertrain Coverage
5 years/100,000 km (whichever occurs first)
Corrosion Coverage
5 years/unlimited km
Roadside Assistance
5 years/100,000 km (whichever occurs first)

At Ford of Canada, we are committed to understanding and supporting individuals with unique mobility needs.

When you purchase or lease a new Ford of Canada vehicle, you may be eligible to receive up to $1,000 toward the installation of adaptive driving aids or mobility assistance equipment.

Enhance Mobility
Start driving now by customizing a vehicle to suit your needs.
Eligible modifications and equipment include:
  • Wheelchair lifts or other lift equipment;
  • Hand or other driving controls;
  • The Early Alert Response System (EARS) for the hearing impaired.
Please note: all other modifications or equipment are subject to the prior approval of Ford of Canada. This is a special limited time offer. See your local Ford of Canada Dealer or call the Ford Mobility Centre for additional details. Vehicle modifications must be completed within six months of vehicle delivery. Eligible customers include Canadian residents who are physically challenged as certified by a Doctor’s note or government certificate.
